product overview
The G41 iron ion analyzer, developed based on the national authoritative certification method HJ/T345-2007 "Determination of Iron in Water Quality - Phenanthroline spectrophotometric method", can quickly determine the concentration of iron ions in enterprise wastewater. It uses colorimetric measurement, advanced cold light source, narrowband interference technology, and microcomputer automatic data processing to directly display and print the concentration value of the sample. The device is equipped with a 4.3-inch full-color LCD screen and a guided detection mode, which reduces learning costs and allows users to easily and quickly get started.
application area
It can be widely used for water quality testing in research institutes, sewage engineering, water environment testing, petrochemicals, metallurgy and steel, biomedicine, food and dairy industry, wool textile printing and dyeing, electronic machinery, aquaculture, photovoltaics, leather, papermaking, and other fields.
Detection Principle
Iron ions form stable orange red complexes with phenanthroline in solutions between pH 3 and 9. The absorbance of iron ions at a specific light source wavelength is measured, and the light source emits a light signal to the sensor. The data is processed by an ARM processor and directly fed back to the sample concentration value, which is displayed in mg/L.
